I am extremely pleased to announce that Mr. M. Taha Shahid and Mr. Asif A. Razzak have jointly won the Developer of the Month Award for the month of March, 2014. Both will share a cash prize of Rs. 20,000, certificates and dinner in their honour. (Both of their performances were exceptional therefore we were left with no choice and had to give a joint award)
If I have to give one statement about Mr. Taha Shahid it will be: "He is a genius with an exceptionally positive attitude". He is a genius because he has entered the computer science field only about 6 months back but he is beating all the pros with years of experience and education. His positive attitude is shown by the fact that he has been selected as a top developer but still he is taking all the relevant classes. Most people stop learning just after one success but he is continuously improving his skills. He is right now working for a international client during office hours. He told me a few days back that he is willing to work for another client during the nights. I suspect in six months he will be ready to compete with the likes of Zeeshan Hanif and Saad Ahmed Siddiqui, both of you better watch out :) The game is ON.
Mr. Asif A. Razzak has 20 years of development experience, but the exceptional thing about him is that he is willing to learn new technologies and compete with the young guns head on. He is a extremely responsible developer once you give him a job you can forget about it, he will take care of it. Once he gets the complete hang of all these new technologies he will be an extremely valuable developer and manager, Insha Allah.
