As you know the bidding for 3G/4G licences has just started in Pakistan:

The mobile companies are going to spend about $1billion+ just for the licenses imagine how much more for deploying these technologies. In the next few day we will have 3G in Karachi. In the next few hours it will be clear which companies will provide these services.

However, all this will be of no use if there are no apps and services to utilize these new capabilities and billions of dollars will be wasted. If we do it right 900,000 new jobs will be created in Pakistan. Therefore, we are going to re-double our efforts to train developers in mobile apps and services. All are instructors are requested to increase the focus and speed of studies.
I am increasing the duration of our MCC-251 class from two hour (From 4pm to 6pm on Sundays) to four hours (From 4pm to 8pm on Sundays).
We have to speed up this mobile revolution in Pakistan.
