We have been testing our business model during the last two years, now is the time to take the next logical step. Just heard news from our lawyers that our company Panacloud (Pvt) Ltd. has been incorporated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
We will use Panacloud (Pvt) Ltd. to transform Pakistan into a Global IT Hub, Insha Allah. In the immediate future we will be doing these things using this company:
1. Give mobile and web software development internships and jobs to thousands of Pakistani developers and provide them exposure to the international software environment. This will give them on-the-job training and help them become world class developers
2. Give shares/options to the Pakistani developers who contribute towards the company products and services. This will give them a chance to own and become partners in the company in which they will be working
3. We will adopt the model of chartered accountant companies, where all the senior accountants are partners. All the senior developers in Panacloud (Pvt) Ltd. will be shareholders.
4. We will adopt the concept of continues improvement through continues testing/exams.
5. We will develop mobile and web apps for the international and domestic markets (Services)
6. We will also develop apps that we will sell in the Google, Microsoft, and Apple app stores (Product Development)
7. In the next 12 months our target is to become the largest and best software company network in Pakistan with 1,000 developers. We plan to open offices in Lahore and Islamabad in the near future.
8. We plan to open our offices in all the major cities of the world. In order to fund this we plan to go public get listed in Karachi Stock Exchange in 2015/2016
All of us will put in our best, we will either do it or die trying. Now our fate is in His hands please pray for us.
