I am extremely pleased and proud to announce that Panacloud's first iPhone app developed by the PanaSwift team is now live on the app store. The project technical lead was Shani Khan, group technical lead was Muhammad Raza Mastar, and group manager was Kamal Hunzai, Zeeshan Hanif was the CTO. Iftikhar Mirza also participated in development and documentation of the app. Farooq Hasan was the project manager for the app.
This Pakistan Sign Language (PSL) phone app is an invaluable tool for deaf students and their families, those involved in Deaf education, and anyone who wants to learn an exciting new language. It contains approximately 5,000 words in video format in 64 categories. Signs are accompanied by a clear graphics, and translated into both English and Urdu with voice over. The app is developed in the latest Swift Programming Language.
