The story of most Pakistani CS Graduates, please be careful :(
I just received this message on FB, wanted to share this with you so that you dont make the same mistakes my friends.
"Asalam o alikum sir,
My apologies to bother you , I have been following you since 2010, I did my BS computer science from karachi university and MSc from Brunel University london in business systems integration with SAP technology. I am a permanent resident now in the United States and live in massachusetts. I have been facing hard time in clearing the interviews. I have .net development experience but I am not in practice since a long time. Could you please suggest me something?"
My response: Choose a technology stack, and build a end-to-end application on it for practice.
Moral of the story: Degrees are important but skill are more important in the job market.
Please share it with all your friends, who are only interested in getting degrees and not learning any skills.
